Q: How much does a run cost?
A: One of our group runs along a fixed 5km route costs GBP25. We offer a discount for bookings of more than two persons. We also offer a discount if you are a returning customer. Please contact us with your query.

Q: How do I book and pay for a run?
A: Our online booking system is quick, easy and secure. Just click here, select your route and follow the instructions. You will be given the option of requesting further details before finalising the booking. Bookings must be made 24 hours ahead of run/workout. You will receive confirmation of your booking by email or phone call.

Q: Which key routes do you cover?
A: We currently offer five key running routes:

• River View Run
• Royal Parks & Palaces
• London Canals
• Maritime Greenwich
• Historic East End

Q: When do the runs take place?
A: Group runs take place seven days a week at 7am, 10am, 3pm, and 7pm. Just reserve your place via our Book Now page the time that suits you best and meet us at the designated landmark for your run.

Q: How long and how challenging are your runs?
A: Our 5 key routes all can be varied to between 5-8KM depending on the fitness level of the group. Please let us know if you would prefer to power-walk rather than run.

Q: I want to see something that isn’t in your key routes – is this possible?
A: Yes! Simply contact us with your requirements and we will plan a suitable route for you. Costs for bespoke one-to-one runs or workouts start from 30 GBP depending on your request. We are always happy to tailor-make specific services for our customers, whether this is a personal trainer session in a sunny park or a longer sightseeing run route.

Q: What other types of exercise experiences do you offer?
A: We can offer sightseeing power walks, park workouts and yoga classes. We also organise outdoor fitness events and tours for corporate groups and truly enjoyable team bonding experiences.
