    Run along the famous River Thames from the Tower of London, along the South Bank and down to Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament. It's our most popular route and provides a snapshot of London's entire history incorporating ancient monuments more than one thousand years old like Southwark Cathedral but also the latest impressive architectural additions like Tate Modern and the London Eye.

    See Buckingham Palace, the official residence of the British monarch, and the ceremonial splendour of the Mall whilst running through Hyde Park and other beautifully landscaped green spaces and Royal Parks of London. The route includes many palaces, including Princess Diana's famous residence, Kensington Palace, and the offices of princes William and Harry. It is a route peppered with magnificent monuments and royal intrigue culminating in Trafalgar square.

    Explore the beautiful but relatively unknown London canal ways. The route starts at one of the most picturesque and quiet neighbourhoods of London, Little Venice. Extraordinary canal-side paths and foot bridges lead to the magnificence of Regent's Park where one might catch a glimpse of the taller inhabitants of the famous London Zoo. Visit the busy and sociable area of the Camden Lock, much favoured by musicians and pop bands. If you run too fast the paparazzi might think you are trying to avoid them!
